Jamie and his amazing team (especially Rachael who attended to everything) looked after our daughter Helen on her tragic passing.
They were so truly caring and professional, yet in a down to earth fashion, making us feel relaxed and comfortable in such heartbreaking circumstances. On ordering her headstone Jamie sat with us and assisted with the wording, again turning such a heartbreaking circumstance into such a proud moment for her 3 young sons!!
We have now organised our funerals with them, knowing that our family will feel comfortable and relieved that Jamie and his amazing team will be looking after us!!

I cant put into words the care thought and sympathy given to us by rose. They were so supportive for all of us. I recommend them to everyone. It is a small family run business but it doesn't feel that way. They treat you like family and are always there for you. Even when they have had no sleep
My brother passed suddenly away in September. Unexpected and unprepared. Our family have called upon Roses on 2 other occassions in the last 12 months. As with those sad and difficult times, our loved one and his family were given tremendous individual care respect and support. A small and growing family firm we cannot express words of thanks for easing us through this difficult time. We have used a larger funeral service in the past and unfortunately those experiences came nowhere close. As a family we felt our individual needs were "valued" as was the the time our brother spent in their care .
Thank you for the caring and thoughtful way that you directed my uncles funeral, all the staff were wonderful, everything went very smoothly with a very caring and professional manner. Rose funerals did my grandmother's funerals yesterday. They were outstanding. I've honestly never been to a better funeral.
Every detail was meticulously completed with great care. Even the service sheets were professionally printed rather than sheets like they are at other funerals I've been to.
The staff made us feel so reassured from the moment they took my grandmother on the day she died until they dropped us off at the wake afterwards.

after careful consideration by myself and sons and daughter we chose rose funerals because they made u feel like friends and not clients at such a sad time with the loss of my husband and their father nothing was too much trouble for them they always made us feel welcome and comfortable right throughout and the special touches they gave to us as a family I cannot thank all the people who work there because its not a job to them they genuinely care.

Rose Funerals of Middlesbrough, we recruited them for my mother , Frances Smith's funeral and we were very impressed with the care and attention that Rose lavished on us. Rose Funerals created a special quality of making us feel that mam was one of their own.
Features like the enlarged framed photographs that accompanied mam in the hearse and the catafalque are typical of their individual style and they were so effective.
After two weeks in hospital we were fearful mam would not be presentable at all, but the embalming made her look just as she did at my niece's wedding
last year.
Also Kevin S Leavelsey, the minister whom Rose recommended, conducted a service that everyone I am sure will remember, his sincerity and powerful delivery comforted us all. We were in the pleasant but relatively modest surroundings of St Bede Chapel in Middlesbrough but at some moments it felt like we were in Westminster Abbey.
One of the few questions people ask at funerals is who did the work and many of our guests were interested to know because they were impressed.
I can certainly recommend Rose Funerals
and the bill was very reasonable for such a first class service.
