Understanding from the start, very compassionate, professional, and dealt with the Funeral for my father with the upmost dignity, nothing was too much trouble, and made the day so memorable. Couldn't speak highly enough of such a good Family Business.

Thank you Anthony for your constructive comments. I believe things may have been easier to organise your mums funeral had you not had a restraining order against you visiting your dad. However everything went as your dad had hoped for and Im sure your mum would have been pleased. Your mum was a great character to our village. If you feel differently please contact me directly. Lack of sensitivity

All arrangements were made over telephone no home visit.
Some of the conversations that were held over the phone with the family were upsetting and insensitive. funeral was arranged before the actual death was registered with the registry office. Very unpleasant experience at a very sad time. Would not use again.
