absolutely beautiful service and respectful….. made the most heartbreaking event in my life easier ….. they looked after my daughter from the moment they picked her up …. couldn’t have wished for a better send off for my beautiful little girl

The staff where amazing I thought it was a lovely touch for the young man to walk in front of the hurst my dad would have loved these cars we had our service at chanterlands avenue everything was perfect we as a family where very happy

This company is absolutely amazing. Service received was faultless from start to finish. Handled funeral with care, compassion and professionalism. Losing someone during a pandemic was extremely difficult but these guys made it so much easier. Thank you to each and every one of you, Kelly Sykes

Poor services all round.seem to have spent all my time ringing,the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing.Has to ask for deposit refund and invoice that hadnt been sent to my dad who has memory issues...terrible services

I was discusted with this service, the herse turned 15 minutes after the family car, the staff were scruffy, their clothes were creased, an appalling experience,I would never use this service or recommend them to anyone. While the service was going on, you could hear the staff talking, cars were old and scruffy

Whilst I realise that this was an informal service I believe the woman giving the service ( in my opinion ) was very unprofessional as we sat waiting for the service for my mother’s funeral to begin she was walking in and out of the room looking for “Barry” only to then inform us he’s probably on the toilet! After the service family and friends had gathered in the car park ( where most of us had parked our cars) catching up with loved ones we hadn’t seen for a long time and some that couldn’t make the wake for various personal reasons we were asked to leave the car park as Joe Longthorne was due back. As you can ( or can’t imagine ) I was furious as this was my beloved mother’s send off and I feel we had as much right to be there ( as her funeral had been booked long before his ) I found this really insensitive and feel Heavenly Services could have planned there timings better!

Heavenly services were absolutely fantastic from start to finish really respectful in everything that needed to be done. A special thank you to Nikki for the fantastic service she gave my nana even down to wearing her Xmas t-shirt even though it was really hot bless you all at heavenly services thank you from my whole family a brilliant send off for Marie thank you Colette and family
