I can’t say thank you enough to Bernadette and her staff for making Mum’s funeral just perfect. From the very start Bernadette was very caring, friendly, approachable & professional, with nothing too much trouble. In such uncertain times and guidelines to adhere to Bernadette completely took the stress away whilst always asking if we were ok and always at the end of the phone if we needed her. On the day of the funeral everything was done with the utmost respect and compassion. The saddest of days made beautiful. Bernadette has now completed funerals for both my Mum and Dad and I certainly would recommend Bernadette Gibson Funeral Director’s. Perfect, thank you.
Highly recommend Bernadette Gibson, from start to finish for both of my parent's funerals where second to none. From driving rain for my father's funeral to blizzard snow for my mother's. Bernadette walked in front of the car, her team handled all of the element's against them Professionally and all they cared about was our family, and how we were feeling. Blew me away...Bernadette Gibson took all the stresses away from the family and everything was delivered on time and the aftercare was even more impressive...For me Best in the North West.

Bernadette was helpful, caring, considerate and professional. She is very approachable and made the planning at a difficult, sensitive time much easier with her warm, friendly nature. She was very accommodating with viewing in the chapel of rest because some family lived further away. Bernadette walks in front of the funeral cortege for a short time which was very respectful. Nothing was too much trouble and I would not hesitate to recommend Bernadette to arrange your funeral. It was a lovely service and my mum would have been very proud. Thank you.
Bernadette is a very professional established director,,providing my grandmother with horse drawn carriage,,pipers,,buffet,,flowers and much more even down to choice of music for the perfect send off for a perfect lady. Bernadette and her staff went above and beyond with viewings etc and me and my family can not thank her enough for her guidance through a difficult time or her impeccable services. We would highly recommend to anyone in such unfortunate circumstances consider Bernadettes funeral plans in such a serene environment.
