Funeral of Joyce Gregson

Our mum/mother in law Joyce passed on the 26th October aged 96 and as her husband Jack’s funeral had been handled by Craven the family decided to use them again.And we are so glad we did. We met Dave, the funeral director and he was simply lovely. Calm, kind, clear, welcoming and friendly from the first minute. He took us through this difficult process slowly with no rush. Everything we asked of him on that day and in the subsequent days prior to the funeral he did with no fuss. He even accommodated a late change of timing at the church.
On the day itself, Dave and his team were simply superb. Again no rush, no fuss, no worries. Everything flowed meticulously and Joyce’s final journey went exactly as we wanted it. So a big thanks to you Dave and all your team. God bless.

The staff at cravens are a credit to the Walter Craven name. Cravens allowed me to attend craven lodge to dress my dad,which was part of my dealing with the reality that he was gone. The embalmer helped me throughout and was so helpful. My funeral director was john who came to visit me every day whilst my dad was at home. Everyday for 10 days !! I also requested 12 cars which was no problem to cravens. They made me feel so secure with their professionalism. Cravens thank you so much. Your a credit to the city of Liverpool
