David Irvine and Lizzie Riding of Kyle Bros were very understanding and most helpful with their suggestions for arrangements, flowers and music at my aunt's funeral service at the Borders Crematorium which we had to arrange mostly by telephone due to work commitments in Glasgow. Couldn't be faulted.
