My father in law died and having known susanne for 11 years we didnt hesitate to ask if she would do the funeral for my father in law steve. Susanne went above and beyond to help us with everything. She was on hand 24\7 if we needed anything. My two young children were really upset at because she is a family friend she reassured them every step of the way. She listened to what anne his widow wanted and took such great care of steve and the funeral was everything he wanted. I would highly recommend them. Very caring and compasionate at such a sad time

I 100% recommend White Rose Funeral Service. The staff were so caring and delivered such a professional and efficient service at such a reasonable price. They were always there on the other end of the phone if we needed to double check anything and kept us calm while arranging what was the worst thing in the world for us - our mums funeral. Thank you to Suzanne, Alison and the rest of the staff for making a very horrible time so much easier xxxx

When my Mother-in-law died, there had been no thought as to which funeral directors to use. Having had a quick look through local undertakers, we contacted White Rose simply because they were closest……I’m so glad we did!
Steven visited us at home, sorted out a potentially messy problem with a funeral plan and was there for us throughout the whole process. There are always requests, problems and all sorts arising when arranging funerals and Stephen took all of these in his stride. His unflappable, efficient and friendly attitude was just perfect and what we needed at a very sad time.
I would have no hesitation in recommending White Rose to anyone who had need of a Funeral Directors.

My husband passed away suddenly over Christmas and we used White Rose as it was local and a family run service. The service we received was fantastic. All the staff are caring, professional and just focussed on what you need to help you get through such a difficult time. I have only praise for them all. They really helped to make a traumatic time more bearable for all the family. I would highly recommend White Rose to anyone!

I'm in Darlington the deceased in Leeds & this is the first funeral I have ever had to organise, the first funeral director I phoned was white rose, who came from ilkley to Darlington to meet with us - I found both Stephen & Suzanne compassionate, friendly & supportive- they turned out to be my own personal councelors- if anything could have gone wrong - it did ( nothing to do with white rose I might add) they helped me to sort problems out that really were not there responsibility.
The day of the funeral I had no worries I knew if white rose were conducting this funeral it would be done professionally & I wasn't wrong. Seeing Suzanne again was like seeing one of my best friends, also her colleague Hayley had the same work ethic , professional, friendly & compassionate as they all were.
I couldn't recommend they highly enough.

Having called around several other funeral homes wanting help arranging a pre payed funeral plan for myself and my mum I was becoming somewhat disheartened by it all. I then called Susanne at white rose funeral services. Susanne answered all my questions, didn't rush me into anything and arranged for a time that suited me to visit them and discuss further. Upon arrival I was greated with such warmth. The atmosphere inside was warm, relaxing and nothing how I remember funeral homes being. Having discussed our options for nearly an hour both myself and mum took out pre payed funeral plans. I would highly recommend the services they offer to all and am a lot more at ease knowing such wonderful people will handle all the emotional and difficult arrangements when the time comes. I needed to arrange a funeral plan but kept putting it off. I seen white rose in the Ilkley Gazette so thought I would go down and so glad I did, they listened to what I wanted and didn't push me into anything! The prices were so reasonable. I had previously been quoted £2000 more for the same plan which shocked me. I'm so glad I went with them they are very friendly and made me feel so relaxed.
