I was well aware of the good local reputation for a sensitive and quality service. With the death of my mother I saw this first hand and very much benefited from and appreciated the range of services. I can't think of anything that could have been done better and my family very much benefited from prompt and practical advice on many matters. Paul was our main contact so we are articular thankful to him.
Wellens have been absolutely amazing, they have been so helpful, accommodating and empathetic. Dot is wonderful, I'm struggling coming to terms with the death of my father who had advanced dementia and lived with us for 4 years, I was his full time carer. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always welcoming and ready to chat if you need to talk. Can't praise them enough.
