My sister and I decided to visit each funeral home to decided which one we would like to use for our mothers funeral service as we had experienced a few errors in the past with other firms. We visited Gemma at A J Brooke, had a cup of tea and she went through what she could do for us with no pressure to buy or upgrade, we decided there and then to use her services. She was always professional, polite and caring and also a lovely and friendly young lady at a sad time for us. Id also add that she personally arranged the service with us, took care of our mum which was very important to us to know a lady was dressing her and conducted the funeral service which really did put us at ease given our past experience with larger companies. Mum was 98 and had a good life and I am sure she would have been very pleased with her send off. We can't recommend Gemma and her team enough, a truly personal service, Thank you A J Brooke
