My Wonderful Grandma
When my grandma passed away it was the worst thing that's happened in my life. But Dee and Alison made the funeral process so much nicer. We had a humanist funeral. They were so caring and kind and as funerals go it was a lovely service. I couldn't decide whether I wanted to write anything to be read out, I was very last minute but the ladies didn't have a problem with this and sorted it straight away the morning before my grandma’s funeral. Any questions I had were answered and helped to put my mind at ease. Every step and every detail of the funeral was explained and this helped a lot meaning we didn't have to worry. The flowers were beautiful, we took them home and put them in cases. When visiting my grandma in the chapel of rest Alison was lovely and understood me. If anyone is looking for funeral directors I would definitely recommend this company with these kind hearted ladies, Dee and Alison. Thank you very much for making my wonderful grandma’s funeral so lovely and run so smoothly.
