Just a note to thank you yet again for the wonderful service that you provide. It makes a world of difference to the families concerned and is a thousand times better than the large "commercial" businesses. Your attention to detail and patience and professionalism stands out and we are really grateful for everything. The coffin looked lovely with the flowers and berries etc - hope you weren't in the woods too early in the morning! It was a great piece of mind to us knowing that everything was in your very capable hands. We would have no hesitation in recommending you and your company to others - many of the people who attended commented on how lovely everything was and how relaxing (if that is the right word) the service was.
