Was given one price over the phone then had lots of add ons when my father went to arrange my brothers funeral the price changed was told �695 then went up to �2000. Ebentually got them down to just iver �1000. Then when we changed funeral directors they were rude and said to the new company that they didnt know why they were bothering as we had no money!!! Very unprofessional! And not a family business as stated on the phone. They are part of a bigger group!!
