Realy caring

We used this company twice in six months both occasions we had all the help we needed,our funeral diector was Russ nothing was to much trouble he even arranged the scattering of the cremated remains. the only down down side to this company is the woman on the phone very abrupt and sounded totaly uninterested in our call you need to have a caring friendly voice on the end of the phone unfortunatly this did not happen sounded like an elderly person who should have retired years ago. we only rang to tell them the newspaper anoucement, was spelt wrong i would use this company again just because Russ was so good to us but please bare and torrisholme get your secretary sorted out she lets the rest of you down.
