This company is not registered with any professional or regulatory body and staff are not qualified, but they still charge the same as professional, qualified funeral directors. If it was in any other country, they would not be allowed to practice, but as the funeral profession is not regulated in Ireland, ANYONE can become an undertaker. Have heard that family members are sometimes asked to help remove their loved ones from their deathbed at home, as only one member of staff arrives at the time of death. Not professional at all. I know I will only ever call on a fully registered funeral director, at least they will have guidelines and rules to follow. No comeback if you get an unregistered firm.
