Mixed Emotions

13/02/2019

We were shown respect at the beginning from this company but that soon changed. My mam passed suddenly so we had to wait for coroner\'s report before we could arrange anything we were in limbo not knowing anything. This company went ahead and booked a funeral date anyway. We were a grieving family and it was all left in our hands. We had less than 24 hours by the time we received a death certificate to finalise everything. On the day of the funeral we had asked for 3 limos to travel in, they sent two limos plus two silver estate cars. This was out of order the cars were booked so family could travel in dignity. My mam was cremated so we purchased a plot in the local graveyard we asked for flowers to be placed on that plot. On the day the undertaker didn\'t know what we were talking about he didn\'t know where in the churchyard the plot was. Then they have just delivered my mams ashes today in the complete wrong urn as to what we chose. My mam was a much loved and respected person loved by many she deserved the best and she certainly did not receive the best .
