We used this Company for our Late Mothers Funeral and i have to say i was not impressed by the overall service when we arrived at the Chapel the gentlemen advised us not to view our Late Mother due to her cause of Death as she had deteriorated.

If fact when he advised us of the of cause death of my Late Mother this was totally wrong already making a very difficult time even worse this should never have happened and in my view its disgraceful
