Couldn\'t ask for better

When my father passed away 6 years ago, my mother , myself and the rest of the family were heartbroken.
We had never been to a funeral that Irene Jessop had done before so we looked around. There was a undertakers on Thornaby Road Thornaby that came out to see my mother and wanted £2000 up front before they\'d touch my father.
My brother got in touch with Irene and it was the best idea he\'s had.
Not only was she friendly and helpful but she was incredibly caring.
Any questions or queries that we had Irene and her wonderful staff were only to willing to help.
Irene and her staff were the shining light at a very dark time in our lives.
My mother has already said that she wants Irene and her staff to deal with her when the time comes.
Not only is she and her staff there for us during the funeral and everything that entails but she also checks on us all 6 years later.
She\'s an incredible lady.
Excellent service excellent quality.
