Perfect and respectful

we used Glen's for my beautiful Mums funeral and it has to be said that everyone was wonderful. nothing was too much trouble.
Pat in the office felt like a friend and nothing made us feel like this was a sales exercise. we made our own decisions that were best for my Mum and Dad and the family and we're expertly guided by all staff.
when I went to see my Mum in her coffin I have to say I was dreading it but she was so peaceful and beautiful and was my Mum. Not some mad looking aunt Sally doll as I'm aware some directors can do. Mum was just ...... Mum.
The whole funeral was so dignified and exactly what we asked for ..... Thank you
