A few years back their service was very good and they were very helpful in all matters. Their prices were very reasonable too.
Unfortunately, as of May 2016, the owners have sold or rented the name to Funeral Partners Ltd, who seem to be disorganised and unhelpful, in part because they have more work than they can cope with. Their invoice makes no mention of a deposit and gives no date when it should be paid. We failed to pay the unknown amount by the unknown date and then received a telephone call telling us that we had to pay same day using a bank transfer service that would cost us more money or the funeral would be cancelled. We reached an agreement but the threats and stress was unpleasant and unnecessary.
Avoid unless the real Knox Brothers return.
