From contacting Pearson's to the day we said goodbye to my brother we were treated with compassion, honesty and empathy.
We entrusted the care of Mark into their hands to be looked after until the day of his funeral and could not be more comfortable with the 'people' we had chosen.
They handled everything with integrity, were sensitive to our needs/feelings and met every one of our expectations at this sad time.
The weight they alleviated us from during this profoundly difficult period is greatly appreciated of my immediate family and I.
The day itself was impeccably carried out, organisation was made simple and we felt they cared for Mark just as much as they continued throughout the procession with the utmost of respect.
Finally we highly valued the catch up call we received to ask how we were all coming to terms.
We can't thank you enough for helping Mark to rest and we don't believe we could have tasked anyone better with the responsibility .
