The best experience at the worst time ever

I lost my soulmate in March 2017. He was only 47 years old and was originally from the Wirral which is where he wanted his funeral. From the outset, Joe, Peter and Paul were amazing and took all the worry out of of co-ordinating everything between Bury and the Wirral for me. This included the church, the priest and the crematorium over the Easter period. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they arranged for him to come back home over the weekend and then brought him back the night before the funeral so he could leave from the house which is exactly what we had both wanted.
Joe even came to the rescue when the crematorium messed up the music selection and he held my phone up to a microphone so we could hear the chosen song that way. At a time where being bewildered, frustrated and devastated about your loss is all you can feel and think about, these guys are what you need in funeral directors. Thank you all.
