Our funeral director Mark was very helpful and caring. At such an emotional time it was good to be able to leave everything to someone who knows what he's doing, especially as we needed to have a post-mortem done. Mark kept us informed as to where our loved one was and exactly what was happening.

We would certainly recommend Special Send-Offs and thank you for everything Mark.
