First Class highly recommended Funeral Directors

Making a call to a Funeral Directors is something I had not done before but from my first call to Tappers their service was first class. My call was answered by a lovely lady that had a kind phone manner that put me at ease straight away. Our Funeral Director, Charlie, was excellent and made the process of planning my Dad\'s funeral as easy as it could be. Nothing was too much trouble.
