Derek and the team at lightfoots were very caring and compassionate nothing was to much trouble. With me living away i had to email alot. And always had a quick response from Derek. Its a beautiful funeral home. The chapel is beautiful when I went to see my dad it was all perfect. My dad looked beautiful. Very professional service and care towards us as a family. And with the covid 19 outbreak. Still everything went as well as it could. Highly recommend lightfoots. Derek Herald and team.
Sadly we lost our Dad just before Christmas and chose Lightfoots to arrange the funeral. Cannot express what a wonderful service they provided. Totally respectful and more than anything, warm and friendly. Myself and all our family are so grateful that our grief was made so much easier knowing everything was taken care of. Extremely professional and would highly recommend. Special thanks to Derek, whose easy, kind and generous manner was a tonic at this sad time. Thank you all so much.
After our Dad passing away,from the minuet we spoke to Derek we felt at ease. Dad only wanted basic and Derek helped with all that. Everything was taken care of from start to finish. Recently we had a loved one pass away very suddenly , as a family we had to choose a Funeral Director .We decided to speak to Lightfoots as they are local and a family member had used them before.
Derek and all his staff are compasonate , caring and supportive at all times .Their professional approach is amazing ,taking care of our loved one in the most dignified manner.We are grateful to them for all they did to ensure our loved one had the best possible care and a funeral service.
