Far too domineering, very quick to take your money, badly organised and the owner, Trevor treated us very poorly. Our guests at the funeral even complained about how bad a job they did. My advice is to use somebody else.
No interest in providing a quality package for our father, some friends of ours who attended the funeral were shouted at by the undertakers when they used the wrong door, even though it was the undertakers responsibility to guide people in a professional way, which they did not. This is not acceptable behaviour. would not use them again.
Rude to guests and badly organiseed entrance to the church, avoid if possible.
