without bernard and his daughter a difficult time would have been even harder to bear,i cant recommend them enough
As a family we have used Bernard for many years. And on each occasion he has been caring, considerate and kind. This year (2016) we have had to use his and his daughter Dianne's services twice. On both occasions, as before, the service was brilliant and our lovely ladies, Ruth Elvin and Hannah Elvin, were lovingly cared for with dignity and respect at all times. Following the death of our family matriarch (Hannah) in May, Bernard informed us he had been to collect her straightaway, as soon as the care home had rung him, because he didn't want her to stay there and wanted to get her into his care straight away. And throughout he and Dianne kept us up to date with everything via personal phone calls. The funerals were seamless, well done and brilliantly organised. We find it impossible as a family to see the need to go to anyone else and cannot understand why you would want to. Bernard and Dianne are highly recommended by us as a family.
Bernard has buried several of my family and friends and he is absolutely brilliant. Him and his daughter Dianne are so caring and compassionate and the level of service they gave my family following the recent passing of my beloved grandma was second to none. Perfection isn't quite good enough for these two lovely people. Cannot recommend Bernard & Dianne enough. Keep up the good work guys xxxx.
