From our first visit to Hattersleys, we found them to be caring, sympathetic and helpful. We could contact them anytime and our queries were met.
Simon guided us through what would take place and found a suitable date to fit in with family from away.
The funeral was conducted by Lara who arrived looking so smart, she was calm and caring and put us all at ease. What a lovely girl. People attending the funeral remarked also on her appearance, an asset to Hattersleys.

Unbelievably terrible customer service. Simple request that the limo collect us from an address within close proximity of the funeral parlour was not able to be accommodated. The reason I was given is that the hearse and limo usually leave the funeral parlour together! I asked several times and was told it is not possible. Flabbergasted to say the least. If I was the primary arranger of this upcoming funeral I would be taking my business elsewhere.
Had this company twice now and have given two lovely services. Highly recommended.
