Respectful friendly and patient service

We used the services of Lilleker's because our "family" funeral director could not be contacted, but were so pleased with the service we received we highly recommend them to others. They were friendly but also respectful and very patient. We felt overwhelmed by the decisions to be made, but they were patient and helpful, and we never felt rushed into making decisions.They were not stuffy or formal. We mainly dealt with Jordan, though shameful to admit, our first impression was he looked rather young (our 'usual' funeral director being more mature in years) and wondered if he have the experience, but we quickly found that he has all the qualities you would wish for at such a difficult time. The Orders of Service, flowers and Minister- Jonathan- were second to none.They were on the ball, we were able to rely on them for everything, they took away the worry, they put everything in place and ensured it went smoothly.
Thank you for making what was a very difficult time a little easier. They arranged the best funeral service we could have hoped for.

I cant say how much i appreciated the services of Harold Lilleker.
They were friendly, respectful and were constantly helping to make
this somber time of ours easier to manage.

When there are so many of these big companies , its refreshing to
see an old family firm where you arent just a number.

I would recommend Harold Lillekers to anyone for their professionalism, courteousness, and friendliness.
