Dear Greg,
I just wanted to thank you very much for your help at the funeral at St. Joseph's Catholic church on Thursday last, when a man stole my handbag from my pew near the back of the church.
I am slightly disabled and cannot run at all, so I am very grateful that you pursued the theif for me and retrieved my bag from the garden where he had thrown it. Fr. Geddes told me the details on Friday.
I very much appreciate the risk you took not knowing if you would be faced with violence or a weapon.
