A very late thank you for your sensitivity, kindness and care; it was all very much appreciated from first contact to the final day. Phil was our main contact for my brother and me in Oct 18. Our dad wanted to stay alone in Chester - le -Street despite the fact his whole family lived 140 miles away. Phil arranged everything from an RAF flag for covering the casket, the music we requested, the transfer of dad to where we all lived and the reading of the eulogy. Phil even phoned 8 weeks later to see how we were coping.
The whole experience was exceptionally well managed from start to the final day, so sincere thanks, Phil, and all staff, from me and the family.
