Thomas Morgan were so helpful when my dad died. I arranged the funeral with the help and advice from Karl the director. Amanda who visited initially was kind, caring and with ideas and information that really helped. They kept in touch with us throughout the two weeks of my dad,s passing to the funeral. On the day itself, the staff were wonderful, but the biggest asset was that Karl and his team adhered to the smallest of details, ensuring the funeral went to plan. The cars were beautiful and immaculate. Karl was polite and ensured it all flowed well
I would highly recommend this firm to advise and organise any of my family's funerals. They were all so friendly and warm that I would have no problem in recommending them to all in Llanelli.
