Kelly was certainly a credit to your company. Lovely person so sympathetic and understanding. When the need arises in the future Kelly and only Kelly is the person I would use. Credit on the day of the funeral to nicky. Such a sweet lovely professional lady. Thanks you two for everything
Lucy in Lewes road was amazing. Unfortunately on the day of my dad’s service one of the pall bearers dropped the coffin leading up the steps to chapel. I contacted Laura who called me back for some empathy in too what went wrong she was the most unsympathetic person I have ever spoke to explaining that we did not drop the coffin but placed it onto the step and people were gasped as it was dropped my sister phoned her the following day and she was so rude to her when my sister phoned me straight after she was in tears saying how rude Laura was to her on the phone and that we were giving tout a “great” day.... I’m sorry a great day!!!!!!!! This was our dad’s funeral!!!!!!!! I must say again Lucy at Lewes road was amazing during arranging and all the way through
Just to say through all difficult month since my mother death Erin was so kind caring and supportive I can only give a review about Erin but if all the other funeral directors are as sweet and lovely I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend them as a funeral company thank u Erin for all your support also being there on my mothers funeral me and my sister really appreciated all that u done for my darling mother edith
