Mum insisted on Haine and Son for her funeral, she had been so pleased with the service we had for my father back in 1983. She wouldn't have been disappointed, the standard of service is just as excellent.
Thank you to Andy for helping us through this difficult time. Mum was even able to have the lilac coffin she requested, thanks to the team for accommodating our painting afternoon.

I contacted Haine & Son Ltd following the death of my daughter, & right from our first telephone conversation I felt sure she would be in safe hands. My instincts were correct, Peter Polson & his team are amazing, Peter is very personable, respectful, courteous & incredibly helpful - he sensitively guided me through the whole unfamiliar process & carried out all the tasks required to perfection, making sure everything went according to plan. He made a very daunting situation much easier to cope with & looked after me & my family incredibly well at all times.

A funeral is a hard thing to have to organise, but Paul and the team at Haines we’re absolutely amazing. From our first contact with them they helped us to plan, kept in touch during the lead up to the funeral, gave great advice and even recommended a wonderful celebrant for the service.
The actual funeral was conducted with great empathy and professionalism. My son and daughter wanted to be pall bearers but were not sure if they would be able to do it on the day, but this was no problem for Haines, and they helped them, and enabled them to do it, whilst holding backups if they needed to drop out on the day. Ours was a natural burial, and so had quite a few unusual aspects but Paul talked us through everything gave great advice and provided a service that was outstanding.
I would highly recommend Haines to anyone.
