We visited the rest of the funeral parlours in the area to get a feel for them and we instantly knew we'd made the right choice the moment we walked in their office (which by the way looks absolutely gorgeous!). The other funeral directors felt dated and stuffy with almost robotic staff, yet Kevin greeted us with an amiable smile and instantly made us feel welcome which we desperately needed at that moment in time believe me.
