Both my parents had purchased funeral plans with the co-op in Witham Essex, and they were fantastic. The branch manager was so sympathetic and explained everything really well, Caroline the manager created bespoke remembrance 'order of service' cards which included photos and her suggestions were very good and the cards were extremely professional.
If you purchase wreaths through them you get a discounted price, and we added on more limasines to carry the family, everything was covered.
Caroline placed photos in the coffins and looked after my parents whist in their care with great sympathy. We chose celebrants for non religious services and were out in touch with very experienced people who put together the dialogue from my families memories.
All went very well on the day and I used their probate service too which was excellent and took all the strain out of sorting out my fathers very complicated will- I cannot recommend the Co-op funeral and probate service enough, you are safe in their hands.
