Caring and efficient service

My dear mother died at the beginning of April after a long illness. We chose Michael Gamble to take care of the funeral details because they were local; we had no previous dealings with the company whatsoever. We were very impressed with the care taken over the arrangements for Mum's funeral, which was handled with great dignity in a calm and compassionate way. Our views were listened to and complied with at every turn and Mum herself was treated with the respect and honour that she so deserved. Nothing was too much trouble for Michael and his team and the funeral and burial were a fitting tribute to Mum's life. The orders of service were lovely, all arrangements were made with the minimum of fuss, our visit to the Chapel of Rest was something I will always remember as a beautiful and moving experience. Excellent, dignified service from Michael Gamble Ltd. At the end of May, my husband's mother also died, so we asked Michael Gamble to handle the arrangements again. This funeral was very different from my Mum's, as it was a cremation, but was also dealt with sympathetically and efficiently, with dignity. Again, nothing was too much trouble for the funeral directors and everything went smoothly and calmly. Again, excellent service from Michael Gamble and team.
