I cannot express my gratitude to the staff at Maddocks for the compassionate, dignified, helpful and professional way they both supported me and conducted the funeral of my mother at Charlton Park Crematorium.

After our baby girl was born sleeping we didn't have a clue what to do; but S & J Maddocks advised us and helped us through the most painful time in our lives. The compassion they showed was incredible; we had such peace of mind knowing our daughter was in safe hands. Nothing was too much for them, from calling when they picked our daughter from the mortuary to seeing our daughter whenever we wanted and changes at the last minute. I can not thank them enough for helping us give our daughter the most special burial. We couldn't have done it without them.
