I expected to lose my mum but nothing prepared me for how quick and when that would happen. But also how hard It would be afterwards.
I called Ruby’s and from the first phone call I was reassured, comforted and knew I had made the right decision using them. All the team are amazing but Joanie and Mo are who I liaised with most and I felt so supported.
On the day the service was beautiful and Michelle felt like one of the family and took the lead when I couldn’t. They really did my mum proud and for that I can’t thank them enough.

Ruby's looked after a dear friend when she passed, which knowing Katy & Michelle I was really glad they were looking after her. On the the actual day, Katy walked in front of the hearse to her leaving point & when she left it for the last time. Ruby's Ladies seem to find the right balance for whoever helping through the process of saying goodbye to a loved one. Highly recommend Ruby's

My mother had arranged a prepaid funeral with Ruby's and everything was carried out exactly as she had wanted it. The team were very caring while being professional and supported me throughout this difficult time. I would thoroughly recommend them for their personal and professional service.
