From our first enquiry until after the funeral Helen has been excellent, kept us up to date with information and regular contact . She has an excellent customer relationship, puts you at ease from the first meeting, establishes
a natural easy relationship with client, knows when to be sympathetic and also manages to interject a bit of humour to relieve the the stress. The minister she suggested was perfect for the occasion , Charlie took on board everything I had said about our dad,and delivered the service as we intended.
Sally and her associate , showed lovely respect on the day.The flowers arranged by Helen were excellent. I whole heartily recommend J & L Sturney should you have the misfortune to arrange a funeral. Thank you Helen for making this sad time for us bearable. Ann White and family.
