my father passed away peacefully at St Mary's hospital 31 May 2018 with family there on previous day i had called BB funerals Brooks family funerals for information as a precaution not knowing i wd b calling them again so soon i was very fortunate to speak to the same helpful understanding person on both occasions and the young lady that visited the house to finalise arrangements said it was Roy thankyou it made a big difference as i was still in shock also to the young lady who visited who was very professional and knew just what to do when i started stumbling over my words i was dreading dealing with all this and it was made easy by the seamless service that was provided by BB funerals who provide a full range of services for affordable easy to understand fees we went for cremation with a 20 min service with two chaplains and dad got his 3 tunes played as he liked Frank Sinatra and we ended with fly me to the moon on an upbeat note these things are very personal and i think the pontt here is that we felt we were treated as individuals in a kind understanding way thankyou
