At 38 I should not have had to deal with the funerals of 3 family members. However I can certainly say that Medway funeral directors have supplied by far the best service of all of them. From the minute I went in after making a difficult decision to change directors after a frankly shocking meeting with the original director, the service was excellent. Emma, lee, ted and the team have been beyond excellent. They kept me posted on the whereabouts of the deceased family member after a tricky hospital and coroner situation. From arranging details and seeing through the whole service they really put me at ease. Even making suggestions about things I hadn't thought about like bearing the coffin and real finer points. The service was by far the most bespoke and personal of any I have been involved with and this is because of the team at MFD. I can't thank them enough. Highly recommended.
