Angels sent our mum off in style ,it was a beautiful day ,they help with every little detail nothing is too much trouble, from music ,order of service to checking our road was suitable for the horse drawn hearse ,our driver Ted even had a little packet of tissues on hand ,Raif and Danny are so friendly and easy to talk to ,Angels look after your loved one and the whole family ,would give them ten stars if I could

I can’t thank everyone enough at Angels, the arrangements of my uncles funeral was just made so easy and with such kindness that you didn’t feel like you was arranging a funeral, more like just talking to friends, I didn’t have the best budget but on the day you wouldn’t of thought that, everyone commented saying the graveside service was absolutely beautiful , it was just perfect and Angels were amazing, they even helped me find the grave of my 2 year old uncle who died in 1939, they went above and beyond!

Whilst arranging Dads funeral Rafael, and his team were professional, caring and respectful. Mum was reassured at every turn and put at ease through an extremely difficult time, Rafael eased the stress of arranging Dads funeral and on the day was caring and attentive.

I was one of the first to use Angels Independent Family Funerals when they first opened their doors in 2011, and I have not stopped recommending them since. They give an amazingly personal, yet very professional service, helping make a very traumatic time that little bit more bearable with absolutely nothing being too much for them.

Rafael and his team were always there at the end of the phone ready to help in any way they could from start to finish (& beyond). They gave my Mum a funeral to be proud of, with a (spine-chilling) piper leading the way. And although cost is a very difficult subject to talk about when we lose a loved one (why do we feel so guilty thinking about money at such times?), I was shocked at how much Angels fees differed to the other estimates I had been given by two other funeral directors in the town. They certainly don't scrimp on the quality they give despite the reduction.

Angels make the service they provide that much more special with little touches you don't expect. They had a flower arrangement done from themselves for the funeral, and presented me with a framed photograph of my Mum after the service. On the first year anniversary we were surprised with the delivery of a single red rose in remembrance. I've never known a funeral directors to continue to give support to the bereaved for so long after the funeral. Rafael & his team continue to be there to this day with a 'the door is always open & the kettle is always on' approach. Kindness isn't fake at all with these people; they are literally earth angels!
