Lisa and the team at Abbey Funerals are fantastic! Their customer service is impeccable nothing was to much trouble for them. After my first email enquiry Lisa gave me a call on the telephone she listened to my ideas and suggested Tunbridge Wells Crematorium Chapel which I had never heard of. It was perfect. Lisa was in constant contact with me thought the planning stages. She also called me two days before and on the day itself to ensure everything was going to plan. The day involved a horse and cart loop of the town, car transfer to the crematorium and three slideshows which were very difficult to organise due to the chapels terrible computer system. Lisa took this all in her stride I was very keen to make the day a celebration of my mums life and the team turned my ideas into reality. The team on the ground were discrete, helpful and entered the chapel at the perfect moment I had planned for my slideshow. I loved how they focused on the little details in particular providing me with a memory book at the end with one of the roses of my mums coffin. I have had lots of people come to say that I did my mum proud and that it was a lovely day this would not have been possible without the team at Abbey Funeral Service. Thank You!
