Anne, the funeral director at Carluke, was so lovely and caring when my mum died. She rang me as soon as the care home had contacted her, and arranged a meeting when she filled in all the forms I needed. Mum had prepaid her funeral, but there were other bits to consider. Anne contacted the minister, registrars office, crematorium and where we had the meal after the funeral. She gave us advice on other services, the flowers etc? We were a little bit away from Carluke, so she arrange for us to go the Bellshill office to proofread the order of service before ordering them, and also to deliver the clothes for mum. She rang before and after the funeral to see how I was. Really caring and compassionate. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

My Mum had pre-paid her funeral through Dignity. Anne, the funeral director got in touch very soon after they had received the call from the nursing home, and we made arrangements to meet and discuss what was needed. She went through all the forms, showed us all the different orders of service we could have, the flowers we could have,contacted the minister, the crematorium and where we were having the meal afterwards. Rang several times before the funeral took place, and also after to see how we all were. Lovely lady who made it easy for us, arranging for us to go to the Potts in Bellshill as it was nearer for us to proof-read the service and to take clothes in. Really caring and compassionate, and would not hesitate to recommend.
