My Mother died in January and due it being a busy time, organising Minister and Crematorium at same time was difficult. After a few attempts at securing a minister we decided to contact a retired local Minister. I phoned the woman who was dealing with us at McLean\'s and asked her to contact crematorium to try and find a date which was suitable to all parties. Her response shocked me. \'You guys were supposed to be organising Minister,\' she replied, \'I can\'t keep phoning the crematorium!\' I might have understood this if we had been cancelling and rebooking but we hadn\'t. I left my husband to deal with things as I was too upset.

The service that Karen provided was truly heartfelt along with all the members of McLeans funeral services. I could not recommend them highly enough to anyone. This is why family business should be more common as the proof is in the level of care and service that was given to me when my Dad passed. Thank you so much McLeans Funeral services

5 stars to Karen for looking after my father at time of his death and comforting myself and mother through that sad time, but customer service has been appalling as no response to letters or call re devastation caused to mum by sending a RED written outstanding account for my fathers funeral EIGHT months after his death. The account had been settled and paid in full at time of cremation, Young girl on phone commented it was admin error !!! no apology, leaving my mother grieving again.
