Professional, caring and going the extra mile to ensure my father's funeral went ahead as planned. We had some terrible and unexpected problems with the medical centre and registrar, but Sammy provided a service which went above and beyond my expectations and I shall always be grateful for the work she put in, the care and kindness she showed and her professional attitude throughout a difficult time. The rest of the staff were also courteous and respectful and I couldn't have hoped for a better funeral for my beloved father. Thank you so very much.
