This is not a job for Andrew it is his vocation. He cares for you, your family and has great respect and care for your loved one who has died. He always had time to listen, you felt he was a friend indeed. So professional. He helped with flowers, refreshments, funeral arrangements, Orders of Service and everything ran so smoothly I could really say my mum would have been thrilled at her send off. The transition from the crematorium to the church went smoothly and we had so many positive comments about the day I can't thank him enough for all he did.
