I can’t emphasise enough what care, compassion and professionalism I was treated recently by Ronnie, while arranging the funeral of a friend of mine. At one of the most distressing times that anyone can go though, Ronnie was calm, empathetic and did what he could to help which was fantastic. I honestly could not recommend Kings more.
Ronnie took care of the arrangements for both our father's and mother's funerals, just months apart. He was kind, empathetic and spent the time we wanted with us, also listening to our memories. He was on top of all the details and took us step by step through the paperwork and decisions - and took the initiative where necessary and appropriate to make things as easy as possible for us. Everything was put in place as we wanted it to be. He is a true Mensch. Thank you Ronnie
