Alex Taylor in Upton have just conducted my dad's funeral. I can only say how caring, helpful, professional and friendly all the staff were. The first point of contact was Irene in the office, she fully explained all that would happen and all that we needed to do, she kept us fully updated and made everything so easy.
The funeral director was Dave who also went through everything on the day before the funeral ensuring that we were getting the service we wanted. He took the time to explain to us all and this put our minds at ease making the day that much easier.
On the day everyone was polite, courteous and very smartly dressed, the cars were immaculate. In conclusion a very professional caring company who we would not hesitate to recommend highly
