Both my Nan and Gramp went to Caerphilly funeral services in 2013 and 2015. I was surprised by how beautiful my grandparents looked, the viewing room also has a very calm feel do it. Before entering a lovely man shows you to room, he also offers to talk if you want. I have nothing bad to say about this funeral home. When my Mam died she went to a different funeral parlour and it was a disgrace, the room was outside, cold with no seats to sit down. Well done to all the undertakers, you never fail with delivering the best. I wish my Mam had the same care.
